PLEASE READ ALL TERMS BEFORE BOOKING

CAMPERVAN TICKETS & ARRIVAL TIMES

• There are 40 event camping slots
• Your stopover confirmation and barcode will arrive by email. Please keep this safe
• Overnight stopovers are allowed between 3pm and 12noon - please arrive before 7pm and depart by 12noon prompt
• Those parking overnight during concerts and events will also need to purchase event tickets
• Event Camping Ticket allows you 10% off the cafe the following moring. Come and Enjoy breakfast with us! (Subject to the caverns and cafe being open to the public). Please show you ticket to cafe staff to recieve the discount.

PARKING

• Unless you have reserved a low mobility space, all overnight camping at events is in our parking field, a short walk from the caverns. Please do not drive up to the caverns main car park, which are reserved for low mobility drivers.
• Please park park close together to allow space for other vehicles, but leaving a suitable distance between other campervans / motorhomes

THE BASIC RULES

• Overnight parking facilities are only suitable for campervans with self-contained on-board facilities
• There is to be absolutely no defecation, emptying of grey water or foul sewage tanks on or near the premises
• Please take all your rubbish away with you and dispose of it responsibly
• No open fires. BBQ's are allowed
• No drinking alcohol in campervans before, during or after concerts or events. Excessive alcohol consumption in campervans at concerts or events may result in refused entry to the venue (in accordance with our licencing conditions).
• No generators, loud amplified music or unreasonable outside lighting
• No wandering around at night - it's a quarry, with all the associated risks

FACILITES

• There are showers, outside taps, chemical disposal points or other facilities in the parking field.
• There are toilets at the venue, a short 3 min walk which will be open for the duration of your stay.
